Coaching is RIGHT for you if:

  • You are feeling your life is stuck in some way, be it your career, your relationship or just a general lack of fulfilment (something missing!) and you would like to do something about it.
  • You are ready to make some changes in your life and want someone by your side encouraging you while you make them.
  • You have big ideas and need help breaking them down into manageable pieces. This is a common one as we all have sky –high dreams and unless we find a way to get in touch with them, they remain intangible and only a dream.
  • You feel lost in your life’s direction and want to get in touch with your inner compass, who will direct you in the right direction again.
  • You feel your life is unbalanced in any area and you need to get perspective.
  • You are tired of that inner voice saying “you can’t do it” when you know you can.
  • You are willing to take on, and face personal challenges and stretch yourself to achieve more from life.

Coaching is NOT RIGHT for you if:

  • You want to look deep into the past and spend time researching your life history, (you would be better suited to psychotherapy) Coaching is about the future not the past.
  • You are not willing to let go of your past fears.
  • You are not willing to change.
  • You are looking for a “quick fix” for your problems.
  • You want someone to live your life for you. Coaching is about taking control of your own life.
  • You aren’t looking at challenging yourself at this time, to make changes and set new goals.

I only work with people who are:

  1. Ready to work through their fears and live their dream.
  2. Ready to give up on allowing the past to define who they are today.
  3. Ready to step out of their comfort zone.
  4. Ready to find that place within where everything is possible.
  5. Ready to take their life into their own more-than capable hands.
  6. Are open to new ideas and concepts.
  7. Are committed and willing to do the work it takes to release bad habits and negative thoughts.
  8. Committed to focusing on the solution, not the problem.
  9. Want to live a life they know they deserve.
