Explore rest and relaxation through the breath

This Conscious Connected breath technique is a powerful tool to aid meditation.

On Monday evenings we will be using it to give permission to the body to rest and relax. All you have to do, is turn up, lie back and breathe!

Please be aware, this breathwork is not suitable for certain medical conditions. These will be discussed with you when you book.
